Image Creator turns a description into images for blog posts, social media and other content. You can add reference images, generate up to three versions at once, edit a result with AI, and save the images you like to your image library.
Before you start
Select the right company and website in the top bar. See Choosing your company and website.
Approved formats (visual templates) set up in the company's AI Memory help Image Creator match the brand. See Content Examples: showing the AI what good looks like.
Opening Image Creator
Click the Image Creator card on the AI App dashboard. You find it in Keep your clients posted. It opens full screen.
The bar at the top has Create, Photos, AI Gallery, Examples, Templates and Extras, with Settings and Help on the right.
The blog editor uses the same tool: Browse and Create on a post's cover image open it. See Writing and publishing in the blog editor.
Creating an image
Click Create.
In the prompt box ("What do you want to create?"), describe the image: the subject, setting, style, light and mood.
Optional: drag up to 4 reference images into the prompt box, or click the image icon to browse for them.
Optional: click Enhance prompt to let the AI improve your description. You can also use the microphone to dictate.
Choose the Aspect Ratio, for example square for a social post or wide for a blog cover.
Under Images to generate, use + and - to choose 1 to 3 images.
Click CREATE IMAGE (the button shows the number when you create more than one, for example CREATE 2 IMAGES).
While the images are made, the button shows Generating....
Tip: Not sure where to start? On the empty canvas, under "Or start from an example", click Use this on an example, Shuffle for other examples, or Browse all.
If a format was approved for the company, Image Creator tells you it is using it. If there's no approved format for a channel yet, you see a notice like "No approved format for" that channel "yet".
Settings
Click Settings to open Image Creator Settings:
Magic Prompt: Auto or Off. Hover over the setting to read what it does.
Aspect Ratio and Images to generate, the same as on the Create panel.
Working with the results
Under each result:
Button | What it does |

DOWNLOAD | Saves the image to your computer. |
EDIT IMAGE | Opens Edit Image. Describe what to change under "What do you want to change in this image?" and click GENERATE EDITED IMAGE. |
COMPARE / HIDE | Compares the edited image with the original. |
ADD TO IMAGES | Saves the image to your image library, so you can use it in posts. You see "Successfully added image". |
The caption under a result repeats your prompt. Click a highlighted part of it to adjust that detail and create again.
Recent images and your gallery
Recent images created shows your latest images. Hover over one to use it as a base image, preview it, restore the original or download it.
View all your AI images and AI Gallery open My AI Gallery with everything you've created.
A preview has CLOSE, DOWNLOAD and RECREATE.
If something goes wrong
Message | What to do |

"Still generating" (taking unusually long) | You can leave. You get an email when it's ready, and it appears in your gallery. |
"Generation failed. Please try again." | Try again, or change your description. |
Tips for better images
Describe what you want to see, not what you don't want.
Mention the style: photo, illustration, flat design, and so on.
Add a reference image of the product or location for more accurate results.
Pick the aspect ratio before you generate, not afterwards.
