When you send a blog post for review, each reviewer gets an email with a link to a review page. The page needs no login: the reviewer reads the post, can correct it directly, and then approves it or asks for changes. Share this article with clients who review posts.
Before you start
Send the post for review from the blog editor or the Posts overview. See Using the approval flow.
Tell your client contact to expect the review email the first time, so it doesn't get overlooked.
What the reviewer sees
The review page shows:
your agency's logo,
Reviewer: with the reviewer's name,
To be published on: with one line per website. A green check means that website's version is approved, an hourglass means a response was sent, and an exclamation mark means it is still waiting,
the post itself: title, labels, cover image, text and call to action,
Permission to Publish Blog Post, with a short explanation,
Check email message to read the message you sent with the request,
Add some Remarks, a box for extra instructions.
The post text is editable. The reviewer can fix a typo or rewrite a sentence directly instead of describing the change. Any changes are sent to the person who requested the review.
Asking for changes
Make any edits in the post, and add remarks under Add some Remarks.
Click Make necessary adjustment.
In Request to make the adjustment, read the explanation and click Proceed with the revision request.
The edits become the new version, and the remarks go to the person who requested the review. The reviewer gets another email when there is a new version to review.
Approving the post
Click Looks Good! Publish.
In Blog Post Looks Good to me!, click Approve post.
This makes the post the final version, and it is posted as scheduled by the person who requested the review.
Posts submitted by a Reporter
If the post was submitted by a user with the Reporter role, the confirmation window is titled Approve and publish. Click Approve post and Publish to approve the post and publish it automatically in one step, as long as no changes are needed.
After responding
The reviewer sees Response sent! with a short confirmation:
After asking for changes: the person who requested the review is notified by email, with the remarks.
After approving: the post will be posted as scheduled. Any further changes have to be discussed directly with the person in charge.
Click Close this window to reload the page.

More than one reviewer
You can send a post to several reviewers at once. Each reviewer sees the status per website. Once one reviewer has approved the post, the others can no longer change it.
Reviewing inside the AI App
If a colleague sends a review request to you and you use the AI App, the request also appears in the Pending For Approval block on your dashboard. Click it to open the same review page. See Using the approval flow.
Tips for agencies
Add a clear message when you send the request, for example what you'd like the client to check and by when.
Encourage clients to make small corrections directly in the text. It saves a round of emails.
Read the remarks and changes in the blog editor under Reviews before you send a new version.
