This glossary explains the terms used across Accounts, the AI App and AI Memory. Terms are in alphabetical order.

Agency | Your business on the platform. An agency has its own members, branding and client companies. Agency owners and admins can manage every company that belongs to the agency. |
AI Memory | Everything the AI knows about a company: its profile, branding, writing rules, content examples, sources and website pages. Every AI tool on the platform reads it. See What AI Memory is and how it is organised. |
AI Prompt | A tab in AI Memory, under More. You add extra instructions for the AI there and see exactly what company information the AI receives. |
AI User | A website role for restricted AI content. What an AI User creates needs approval. |
Company | One client of your agency. A company has its own members, websites, teams and AI Memory. |
Company summary | A tab in AI Memory that shows everything known about the company as one readable document, with the gaps marked. You can copy it as Markdown. See The Company summary: review what the AI knows. |
Content Examples | A part of Branding in AI Memory where you save examples of content the client likes. The AI uses them to match the voice, without reusing the words. |
Crawl | The platform reading the pages of a website and storing their content in AI Memory. |
Default memory | The memory that apps use for a company, unless a website has a memory of its own. |
Draft | A post that is saved but not scheduled or published yet. |
For Approval | A post that is waiting for a reviewer to approve it. You can filter on it in the Posts overview. |

In progress | Memory status: the website crawl is running. |
Member roles | The roles someone can have in a company. Owner has full control and is the only role that can delete the company. Admin manages the company and reaches every website it owns. Member has standard access and only reaches the websites they were given. |
Not started | Memory status: the website has not been crawled yet. |
Page type | The category the platform gives each page it finds on a website, so the AI understands what the page is. You review page types on the Sitemap tab. |
Personal memory | Your own memories, which are not shared with the company. In Accounts you fill in your AI Profile under Memory > AI Profile. |
Published | A post that is live on the website or social channel. |
Ready | Memory status: the website was crawled and the result was approved, so the website is in AI Memory. |
Reporter | A website role that can create content, but that content needs approval. For a Reporter, the main button in the blog editor reads Submit for approval. |
Reviewer | A person who receives an email to review a post. A reviewer can edit the post, ask for changes or approve it without signing in. Reviewers are set per website on the Approval tab in Accounts. |
Scheduled | A post that is set to be published at a later date and time. |
Single sign-on | One account for every app on the platform. Accounts handles your login, and the other apps sign you in through it. |
Site memory | A memory set to be used for one website only. A website without its own memory uses the company's default memory. See Company memories, site memories and your personal memory. |
Sitemap | The list of pages a website publishes for search engines. AI Memory uses it to find the pages to crawl. The Sitemap tab in AI Memory is also where you approve the crawl. |
Team | A group of people inside a company. You give a team access to websites on the website's Team Access tab. Team roles are Lead, Admin, Member, Viewer and Guest. |
To verify | Memory status: the crawl has finished and someone needs to review and approve the result. See Approving a website crawl. |
Website | A client website connected to the platform. Posts, website roles and approvers are set per website. |
Website roles | The roles someone can have on one website, from highest to lowest: Manager (full control over settings, members and all content), Editor (edit and publish any content), Author (create and publish own content), Reporter (create content that needs approval) and AI User (restricted AI content that needs approval). |
White-label | Showing your agency's name, logo and colours instead of UP-TO-DATE on login screens, in the AI App and in emails. See White-labelling: your brand on logins and emails. |
